Revolta - Portugal e Espanha / Portugal and Spain

Mais uma das minhas animações para o sketch do Bubu d'"A Revolta dos Pastéis de Nata".
Esta é sobre a relação entre Portugal e Espanha, e o facto dos españoles se apoderarem de tudo o que é nosso.
De 500 em 500 anos tentam invadir isto e nós corremos com eles à cacetada. Agora resolveram começar a comprar-nos aos poucos, e está a funcionar. "Se não os podes vencer, compra-os" é assim a lógica espanhola.

Another one of my animations for Bubu's sketch in the TV show "A Revolta dos Pastéis de Nata".
This one is about the relations between Portugal and Spain, and the fact that the spanish claim every good thing we have as being theirs.
Every 500 years they try to invade us, and we kick them out. Now they started being peaces of our land, and little by little, they're succeeding. "If you can't beat them, buy them" that's the spanish moto.

Revolta - Lei Antitabágica / Smoking Prohibition Law

É a nossa versão de a "Lista de Schindler", a "Lista da Marlboro".

Revolta - Direitos do consumidor

Neste episódio pude prestar homenagem ao realizador Luc Besson e ao actor Jet Li na sequência em que o jogador Deco (que trabalha na Deco) dá um pontapé num telefone igual a um pontapé do filme Kiss of the Dragon.
O homem das duas M16 a disparar contra tudo, sou eu.

In this episode I got to homage director Luc Besson and actor Jet Li in the sequence where the football player Deco (who works for the consumer defence angency which the acronim is Deco, it's a pun) kicks a phone like Jet Li kicks a billiard ball in the movie Kiss of The Dragon.
The guy with the two M16 shooting everything, it's me.

Revolta - Ano Novo / New Year

Este foi o último sketch para a Revolta. Como fosse como fosse o programa ia acabar, o Bubu criticou tudo e todos os que se destacaram pela negativa no passado ano de 2006.
Como Biólogo Marinho tive especial gosto em desenhar o tubarão da sequência final.

This was the final sketch for the TV show "Revolta dos Pastéis de Nata". As a result of that, Bubu dind't pull any punches. Everyone was criticized in this one.
As a Marine Biologist, I specialy enjoyed drawing the shark for the final sequence.

Revolta - Família / Family

Para comemorar o post 100, aqui vão uns quantos vídeos da extinta Revolta dos Pastéis de Nata, autoria e voz do Bubu, animado por mim e cenários do Bruno.
Para começar, o vídeo da Família. Assim que li o guião percebi 3 coisas: era o sketch mais cómico até então, ia ser impossível desenhar tudo, e ia ter bolinha no canto superior direito.
Deu um trabalham escolher, cortar e adulterar as fotografias dos actores, mas quando passou durante a gravação do programa, até os produtores se desmancharam a rir. Só tenho peço desculpa por não ter o som final, mas isso é outra estória.

nota: no episódio o Bubu é a fadista, eu sou o drogado seropositivo na prisão e o Bruno está na cama com a "mãe relaxada" do lado direito do écran.


To commemorate the 100th post I'll post a few animations from the extinguished portuguese TV show Revolta dos Pastéis de Nata, writen and voiced by Bubu, animated by me, sets by Bruno.
First off, the video about the portuguese family. As soon as I read the script I kew 3 things: it was the funniest sketch so far, it was going to be impossible to draw it all in one week, and it would be rated at least NC17.
It was real hard to choose, cut and tweek the photos of the actors, but when it aired, during the live broadcast even the prucers laughed out loud. I appologise only about the sound, it isn't the final mix ('cause I don't have that one).

Note: In the episode Bubu pays the fado singer, I play the drug addict with HIV in jail, and Bruno can be seen smoking a cigar in bed with the "easy going mother", he's the one on the right.
